Yes. Freight shipments require an adult signature and cannot be left unattended.

Redelivery fees may apply and must be approved within 48 hours.
Report damage within:
- 10 days for LTL/freight

Returns & Order Issues
Returns are allowed within 30 days for unopened, unassembled items. Returns require:
- An RA number
- Return shipping costs
- A 35% restocking fee
Dropship items cannot be returned.
