Customer Service SUCKS. 3 stars given
Chairs mainly used for weddings and social events. They are very comfortable and light weight. The problem I had with this company is having ordered 150 chairs and 80 looked freshly used from a mud party. When I called to advise of the condition of the chairs I was told to call back due to QUOTE "I'M GOING TO LUNCH" WOW! When I got in touch with someone with sense anf photos emailed as proof, I was only offered a 5% reimbursement for the filthy chairs! Due to having an event in the next 2 days I got busy in washing and scrubbing the 80 chairs clean!

Good Product-Bad Shipping
The chairs are as expected and they are awesome! They are exactly what is shown in the picture and they are very heavy duty. The shipping was terrible however. They loaded one of the pallets with too many boxes and when it arrived to us, a lot of the chairs were damaged because the boxes could not hold the weight of that many chairs. It was also a hassle to get them off of the truck and into the building because a lot of the boxes were damaged as well.

Very good chairs
I needed chairs for my fitness class that would have higher back. These were the only ones that actually work nicely in my class. The only thing is, when I ordered, I received and email with a confusing info. it said in red to read the important info on the delivery. You have to actually be home, it said (how would I know when they would be delivered), then you have to get whatever you ordered from the truck yourself, the driver doesn't need to help. Then you have to inspect everything in front of the driver, and mark if anything is damaged, etc. I was worried about how it all would go, as I work and cannot be home all the time. But what actually happened, was that they delivered and left the package at the door. That was it. Why all the confusion with the Notice? Anyway, the chairs were delivered quickly and in good condition. I would order again.

Works As Advertised
I bought these chairs for extra guest seating when we entertain. They worked out well and there were no concerns about the weight of my guests, which is a great relief. The chairs are really lightweight and easy to move. They fold easily if you use the bar at the bottom of the legs to close them, but they don't fold up easily using the seat. Wow! Price.
Great price and extremely fast delivery. We already have very similar chairs and was looking to purchase more but at a lower cost. After numerous phone calls and searching online, I came across Bizchair. Couldn't believe the price and thought it was too good to be true. I ordered it anyways since we needed it. Holds The Wide With No Width Provided.
Way too narrow for 800 plus weight capacity. Using @ craft table for short sitting time. Will have to add padding where chair folds on side...causes discomfort. It will support the heavy person. Good support underneath chair. Did not receive 2 sets of cupplers ordered!! Even too narrow @ side folding bar for 115 lb. friend. Will hold you up if you can take the pain!

Hercules Is Right!
The only down side to this chair is that once it's open and locked into place, it is kind of hard to fold back up. But I assume that is more of an inconvienence than a con. Other than that this chair is SURPRISINGLY STRONG for how good it looks. And you would never be able to tell it is reinforced unless you pick it up and start examining it!
